At Mind & Body Balance Sports and Remedial Massage I incorporate varying techniques which involves working and acting on the body with pressure – structured, unstructured, stationary or moving – tension, motion or vibration, done manually or with Myofascial Dry Needling, at your consent. I use techniques that will be applied with the hands, fingers, knuckles, forearms and elbows. Some advanced techniques may involve my knee being used at your consent.
